We all love working in the music industry, right? And we don’t want to spend all our lives in front of our laptops so we created Deli Social Club – a chance to experience great music with your friends.
The opener was an audiophile experience at the Sun & 13 Cantons in Soho (where Carl Cox and the Chemical Brothers – then called The Dust Brothers – DJ’d in the 90s) with new hi-end hi-fi ‘Edge’ from Cambridge Audio.
The set up:
Two Alva TT direct drive turntables (£1,500 each) with Alva MC high-output moving coil cartridge (£450)
Edge NQ Pre-Amplifer with Network Streamer (£3,495)
Edge W Power Amplifier (£2,499)
Aeromax 6 Speakers (£899)
DJ Malachi showcased his massive vinyl collection featuring soundtracks from film and TV – well, that’s a big part of what we do, set music to images.
Deli Social Club is open to anyone to experience so bring your friends (and we’re trying to run events outside London too so watch this space).
Thank you to everyone who came along.
